Perspektywy Education Fair PERSPEKTYWY in Warsaw is traditionally the biggest, but if you wish to take full advantage of recruitment opportunities in other parts of Poland, Perspektywy invites you to participate in Regional Education Fairs in 15 academic Polish cities.
Each year the fall edition of the Perspektywy Education Fair attracts near 100 thousand visitors: future students, university students, teachers and parents. In 2024, over 15 thousand people visited our Fair at Warsaw School of Economics, near 12 thousand in Kraków, Wrocław and Poznań. Among exhibitors there are both public and private universities from Poland and abroad, as well as companies that present their offer in the education sector. Our fair is accompanied by a rich programme of presentations, meetings and social event for students. The condition for taking part in the Perspektywy Education Fair PERSPEKTYWY is to deliver to the organiser a legibly filled Declaration of Participation by no later than 10 August 2025.

When accepted and signed by the exhibitor, this application becomes a contract and is binding for both parties, in accordance with Poland International Education Fair Terms and Conditions.

Payment
- All registration fees are quoted in Euros.
- Full payment must be made by the date set on the pro-forma invoice and before opening of the Fair.
- Any banking fees shall be borne by the Exhibitor.
- Participation will be confirmed by means of a pro-forma invoice.
- Exhibitor shall receive an invoice after making a full payment.
