Information for Exhibitors
Kindly find the list of foreign Exhibitors taking part in the 27th Poland International Education Fair - exhibitors list. We also invite you to participate in the accompanying events, especialy Opening, which will take place at Ratuszowa hall at 12 p.m.
We would like to inform all the exhibitors that the stands are located in the main halls of the Palace of Culture and Science. The Organizer reserves the right to the stands’ location, except Premium location (floor plan).
Please check your description in e-catalogue. Those who haven't send us catalogue entry description yet are requested to do it immediately. Assembly of the stand shall take place on 9th March 2016 from 5.00 p.m. till 7.30 p.m. During these hours the Exhibitors can register, receive badges, materials and sign for the stand at the Organizer’s Office. Exhibitors are not allowed to put stickers on the Palace columns or damage the stand back walls, fixing decorations with nails, screws etc.
Between 10th-11th March, the Exhibitors can leave their valuable objects at the security deposit, which is free of charge. Please note that on Thursday (9.03) the security deposit is unavailable.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for the transport of materials - please check your shipping agent.

How to register
27 th Poland International Education Fair PERSPEKTYWY 10-11 March, 2017
The condition for taking part in the 27 th Poland International Education Fair PERSPEKTYWY is to deliver to the organizer legible filled Declaration of Participation by no later then 30 January 2017.
- 30 December 2016 - early bird special (5% discount)
- 30 January 2017 - late registration – NOW is up to 10th February
This application when accepted and signed by exhibitor becomes a contract and is binding both parties in accordance with Poland International Education Fair Terms and Conditions.

Payment
- All registration fees are quoted in Euro.
- Full payment must be made by the date set on the pro-forma invoice and before opening of the Fair.
- Any banking fees shall be borne by the Exhibitor.
- Participation will be confirmed by means of pro-forma invoice.
- Exhibitor shall receive an invoice after making a full payment.

Entry catalogue
Exhibitor profile is obligatory and is subject to charge – 80 Euro/50 words. Profile will be published in the Exhibitors’
Catalogue, which will include exhibitor name, booth number, address, phone, fax, website and brief description. Description exceeding 50 words will be subject for extra charge, 70Euro/each additional 50 words started.
The organizer shall not be held liable for content or errors in the catalogue.
